Gräfelfing (Munich), Friday, February 14, 2025.
Röbke resigns as managing director of MRS Project UG.
Together with Tilmann Meuser and Richard Schaurich, Rainer Röbke helped to steer the fortunes of the project company based in Munich-Gräfelfing until January 31, 2025. The company had set itself the declared goal of filing a well-founded criminal complaint against those responsible for the wee bankruptcy with the Munich I public prosecutor’s office. This goal was successfully implemented with the submission of 155 pages of facts and a comprehensive set of appendices to public prosecutor Betz in mid-December 2024. MRS Project UG is supported by the renowned Munich law firm SvS Rechtsanwälte.
“My entire effort over the past year and a half has been devoted to this project, which has demanded 100 percent of my energy and time,” said Röbke. ”Now that we have reached the first major milestone with the completion of the criminal complaint, I am confidently handing over the reins at MRS Project UG to my fellow managing directors Tilmann Meuser and Richard Schaurich.”
Memmingen-based sales professional Röbke looks to the future with mixed feelings: “On the one hand, I look back with pride and gratitude on the exciting time I have had working on this project. On the other hand, I can now devote myself professionally to other topics that are also close to my heart and unfortunately have been left behind.”
As “Sales Partner Germany”, Röbke is now focusing his future activities on sales cooperation with MGD (My Gold Depot GmbH, the sales company of Deutsche Goldmanufaktur GmbH) and PACTA Invest GmbH. All companies are based in Landshut.
Managing Director and shareholder Meuser regrets the departure of his colleague, who is consequently also withdrawing as a shareholder: “Our project of filing criminal charges is temporary. Rainer has successfully and intensively taken care of the acquisition and support of our members. We would like to express our sincere thanks for this”.
A total of 400 paying members have joined the “wee-money-back” initiative over a period of 13 months, representing over 500 victims from 11 European countries. They represent damages of over 13 million euros through tokens and shares in various “wee” companies and “packages” from MPM and COOINX. The three managing partners have conducted around 70 zoom calls during this period.
Shareholder-managing director Schaurich sums up: “I respect Rainer’s decision from December 2024 and keep my fingers crossed for him in his future personal and professional endeavors. Since the three of us are and will remain friends, our personal relationship will continue to be strong.”
Meuser and Schaurich will take over Röbke’s shares in equal parts.
