Victims of the wee bankruptcy in the United Kingdom,
we would like to address everyone who took part in our Zoom calls at the end of 2023 and the beginning of this year. In these virtual meetings, Tilmann Meuser, Rainer Röbke and I provided information about the newly founded company MRS Project UG. This company was founded so that we could initially successfully implement the “wee-money-back” initiative project. The aim of this project is to hold those responsible for the wee bankruptcy criminally accountable.
Goal: The perpetrators of the wee bankruptcy must answer for their misconduct!
To achieve this goal – we had informed you about this – a comprehensive criminal complaint was needed, with a detailed description of the criminal misconduct, meaningful evidence for these accusations and, of course, a veritable amount of damage that we can prove with this criminal complaint for the public prosecutor’s office. And not to be forgotten: it takes outstanding lawyers, good contacts in politics and professional media work to attract public attention. So far, we have been very successful in all of this – including the necessary budget! Regardless of this, the three of us have invested a good 300 man-days and a total of a mid-five-figure euro amount – with private money – in this project this year alone.
Objective: The aggrieved investors in our initiative must get their money back from the suspicious protagonists!
We had informed you that we had been able to compile and sift through more than a thousand pages of contracts, account sheets, correspondence, etc. from the “wee cosmos” with our research, in which we have now invested three years. In addition, explosive material was and was anonymously leaked by former insiders.
As you will read later in this newsletter, a good 600 victims in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, France, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands are supporting us in our initiative. Unfortunately, support from the United Kingdom is almost non-existent. We are very disappointed about this, because the response in the Zoom calls was very positive.
Did we make mistakes in communicating with you?
Our link to your community was Sunita Sharma, whom we hold in high regard. Despite at least a dozen attempts to contact her by phone, email, telegram or messenger in the past few months, we unfortunately did not receive any feedback to help us understand why there was such a lack of interest and support for us… We wanted to inform you all about the successful progress of the project in new English-language Zoom calls… Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to do that. We are sorry about that!
We would be very happy to offer the opportunity for English-language Zoom calls in the near future if there is interest. Just give me a short feedback! It would be a shame if the impression were created that former sales partners and investors from the United Kingdom are not interested in a possible conviction of the reported persons around Cengiz Ehliz, Michael Scheibe, Mirko Scheffler, Peter Grünewald and Dr. Leo Schrutt. It would also be a shame if you were to miss out on the opportunity to get back some of the investment lost at wee.
Earn money as a sales partner with a new project?
Sunita Sharma I have also tried to reach Tilmann several times because, as announced, we are currently preparing our next project under the umbrella of MRS Project UG, for which we are looking for motivated sales partners. This sales project is, of course, highly reputable. It offers very good earning opportunities for the distribution partners that we are now looking for in the United Kingdom. Who wants to make money with us and make customers happy with sustainable investments? If you are interested, just give us feedback!
At this point, I would like to make it clear that we certainly do not want to impose ourselves on you or beg for memberships in our initiative. However, we consider it fair and see it as our duty to provide the relevant information here so that no further misunderstandings can arise. As you can imagine, a lot has happened since our last virtual meeting at the end of September. In this respect, the conventional invitation actually became a newsletter, which, however, only touches on the essential things. The possible “reading grouches” among you may forgive me…
– The final strategy and tactics for the criminal complaint had to be determined and implemented. Contrary to our original plan and on the advice of our lawyers, we submitted this criminal complaint ourselves – under the banner of MRS Project UG – to the public prosecutor Ms. Betz in person. She was recently appointed by the Munich Public Prosecutor’s Office to handle the various pending criminal charges related to the wee cosmos and the people involved. Regardless of this, we are officially supported – in addition to the specialists in the “team behind the team” – by a renowned Munich law firm that specializes in criminal law. This firm will support us in the following communication with the Munich Public Prosecutor’s Office and the relevant EU bodies. Who this is and why we decided to do this? As part of intensive discussions with EU politicians, we initially refrained from filing our criminal complaint with EU-EUROJUST, the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation, and decided on the Munich judiciary as a starting point. Because, according to the lawyers: Starnberg, Leipzig, Graz, Kreuzlingen and Germering, as well as Dubai, are – at least in terms of content – closer to Munich as a starting point than The Hague! Whereby one should not exclude the other, since we are also reporting, among other things, the “suspicion of international gang crime” and “corruption”. In this context, we have agreed with Europol and members of an EU committee, which deals with the facts we have reported within and outside the EU, since Switzerland and Luxembourg also play a special role here. In cooperation with the Munich public prosecutor’s office, it is then necessary to consider which countries, in addition to Switzerland and Luxembourg, should be put in the crosshairs of the “legal EU radar”. – The Bavarian Ministry of Justice and the political party CSU have also been made aware of our criminal complaint, as the topics of “insolvencies” and “evaded taxes” as well as the election of Mr. Ehliz as Entrepreneur of the Year are still vividly remembered here. At this point, we would like to express our sincere thanks to all our sales partners who have provided us with a wealth of material that we have been able to incorporate into our criminal complaint or use as an attachment to the criminal complaint. Our “wee-money-back” initiative now represents almost 600 victims from 12 EU countries with a total loss of around 12 million euros. This leaves a lasting impression on the public prosecutor’s office! “Thanks” also go to a certain person from the former ‘inner circle’ of wee – the documents provided have expanded various suspicions and underlined them with facts, facts, facts. – Actually, now, shortly before the end of the year, we wanted to combine the personal handover of our criminal complaint with a ‘kick-off’ of our media work. In consultation with the press office of the Munich Public Prosecutor’s Office I, Handelsblatt, Süddeutsche Zeitung and Deutsche Presseagentur (dpa), however, we have put the topic on hold for the time being so as not to put too much pressure on the public prosecutor in charge, which would be rather counterproductive at this point. Tilmann, Richard and I are “furious” when we consider what has happened in the wee cosmos in terms of alleged or suspected criminal misconduct. Our criminal complaint comprises exactly 155 pages, excluding appendices. And believe me: we have only covered the essentials! It is impossible to imagine what has happened to our investors’ money in the weeConomy sphere…
To give just one example at this point: Did you know that Mr. Ehliz, the visionary, has received an interest-free loan of 200,000 euros from weeConomy Group AG as a private individual? And is it a mere coincidence that Mr. Scheibe was only able to found COOINX SA with a loan of 200,000 euros from CSC Business GmbH, which is owned by Mr. Ehliz? Can you guess who, according to the founding contracts of this company, apparently had the official say in this company? Did you know that Mr. Ehliz, the self-proclaimed model entrepreneur, has signed a code of conduct that prohibits him from having any interest in companies that are directly or indirectly related to Swiss Fintec Invest AG? This is just one of what feels like 100 examples of possible corruption, suspected fraud, personal gain, and the undermining of all compliance rules…
What we suspected, we now know: for the seven top profiteers we reported, values such as reliability, trust, decency, honesty, morality and honesty were and are meaningless words. This probably also applies to the nine profiteers from the wee cosmos who were subordinate to them! Now it is important to hold these people accountable for the alleged and suspected crimes of the past and to ensure that similar activities, which are currently being marketed again, are stopped. And: We all want to be compensated for damages by these people!
